As a Crew Leader of our Jellyfish Lighting crew, you will work closely with customers to execute successful installation of Jellyfish Lighting. Come work at a growing company

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature. You'll need to find ways to make your jobs as clean as possible and be completed as efficiently as possible. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead one other crew member installing Jellyfish Lighting
- Achieve daily production goals
- Work directly with customers to launch and close projects
- Use our custom built software to track time, fill out job worksheets and record installation layouts and details
Must Have
- High comfort level on ladders and on roofs
- High levels of problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Valid Oregon Drivers license and vehicle
- Experience leading others in some context
- Ability to work without direct oversight
Nice to have
- Competency using basic tools such as a drill and a speed square
- Experience in electrical work
- Construction experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with internet based technology

Piece-Work Pay
Pay structure is a flat rate per job, split with your installer. That means the better you do, the more you make. Potential of $75 per hour or more!
Training
5 days direct training in Medford, Oregon. Potential training in Salt Lake City.
